TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Subscription fees are reviewed and increased every September. 
2. Pay-monthly subscriptions comprise 12 months. 
3. Cancellation is permitted after the initial 12 months. Cancelling a subscription or pausing it must only be done in agreement with Ciara Considine.   
4. Concert tickets are, regrettably, non-refundable and non-transferable. 
5. The information you provide will be used solely for communicating with you for the purposes of our business. We will never use your data for any other purpose and we will not pass on your data to 3rd parties. 
6. We undertake to do our best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of our obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. We cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
7. In order for it to be admissible, we must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
8. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by United Kingdom law.
